Aziridines are very important heterocycles.Many valuable products are generated when aziridines were ring-opened.It has important practical applications to research the ring-opening reactions of aziridines.This article describes the ring-opening of aziridines with nucleophiles containing carbon,oxygen,sulfur,nitrogen,and other heteroatoms.It focuses on the alkyl,aryl,alkenyl amines,enol,olefins and other negative carbon ions in the ring-opening of aziridines.
