尿素合成塔内件改造

摘要 分析了尿素合成装置运行中合成塔CO2转化率低的原因,提出了改造方案。利用原合成塔下部空间,增加塔板数目,加强塔内的传热与传质,使物料在全塔的停留时间分布更理想,反应更充分,提高了合成塔中反应物转化率。结果表明,在其他工况条件不变的情况下,塔内CO2转化率提高了1.0%-1.5%,NH3、蒸汽和电的消耗量均有明显的下降。 In ordered to improve the yield of urea synthesis and increase the conversion of CO2,The reactor plant operation was investigated and then rehabilitation programs was proposed according to the theoretical analysis and domestic production practice.The main modifications were carried out by increasing the number of tower tray to strengthen the heat transfer and mass transfer,which made the material have more ideal residence time distribution and improved the conversion rate of reactants.Transformation results show that under the same operation as previous condition,the conversion rate of CO2 was increased by 1.0%-1.5%,NH3 consumption,steam consumption and power consumption has decreased significantly.
