摘要
通过实验考查了升温速度、保温时间和循环加热对快凝Ni74Si10B16j非晶合金淬态样与热处理样电阻温度特性的影响,并采用Nagel推广的液态金属Ziman理论对此进行了分析,得到了中低温长时间热处理将改善非晶合金电阻热稳定性的初步结论。
Effects of heating rates, holding time at 50℃, cyclic heating and cooling at the same rate 1K/min on the temperature depen-dences of electrical resistance of amorphous Ni74Si10B16 alloy as quenched and annealed at 450℃ for 20min were investigated by experi-ments. Using the Ziman theory of liquied metal extended by Nagel, a reasonable explanation has been made for above experimental re-sults. The results show that the heat treatment at low or medium temperatures for long time will improve the,stability of temperature depen-dences of electrical resistance of amorphous Ni74Si10B16 alloy.
