跌打镇痛液治疗急性踝关节韧带损伤的临床疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Dieda Zhentong Liquid for Acute Injury of Ankle Joint Ligament

【目的】评价跌打镇痛液喷雾剂治疗急性踝关节韧带损伤的疗效。【方法】将300例急性踝关节韧带损伤患者随机分为治疗组(跌打镇痛液组)和对照组(云南白药组)各150例,2组药物的用法均为患处局部外用,治疗前后分别给予评分,并对其评测结果进行比较分析。【结果】(1)治疗组与对照组在治疗后3 d、6 d和9 d的愈显率、总有效率比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05),提示治疗组和对照组治疗急性踝关节韧带损伤的疗效基本一致。(2)在镇痛作用方面,2组在治疗3 d和治疗6 d后,治疗组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);在消肿、消瘀、促进踝关节功能恢复方面2组差异不大,仅在治疗6 d后治疗组的消肿和消瘀疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)在毒副作用方面,对照组有1例用药后局部有脱皮现象,治疗组全部患者局部皮肤均无出现红疹、水泡、疼痛或瘙痒等副作用。【结论】跌打镇痛液治疗急性踝关节韧带损伤有良好的疗效,其疗效与云南白药气雾剂基本一致,但跌打镇痛液在损伤初期止痛的效果强于云南白药气雾剂,且跌打镇痛液对皮肤无明显刺激,无皮肤过敏反应,安全、有效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Dieda Zhentong Liquid（DZL） for acute injury of ankle joint ligament.Methods Three hundred patients with acute injury of ankle joint ligament were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group received external application of DZL and the control group received external application of Yunnan White Drug Spray.The changes of the clinical symptoms and signs were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect in the two groups.Results（1） After treatment,the differences of 3-day,6-day and 9-day markedly effective rate and total effective rate were insignificant between the two groups（P〉0.05）,indicating that the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group.（2） After treatment for 3 days and 6 days,the pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.As for the effect on relieving swelling,removing blood stasis and improving ankle function recovery,there was no significant difference between the two groups.But the therapeutic effect on relieving swelling and removing blood stasis was better in the treatment group after treatment for 6 days（P〈0.05）.（3） One patient in the control group had the adverse reaction of scaling.No side effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion DZL is effective for acute injury of ankle joint ligament,which is similar to Yunnan White Drug Spray.However,DZL has better analgesic effect at early stage of the injury,and is safer than Yunnan White Drug Spray
