摘要
【目的】观察太子参主产地的太子参被有机氯农药的污染情况。【方法】采用气相色谱—电子捕获检测(GC-ECD)法,对全国各主产地的10批太子参样品的有机氯农药残留量进行了检测。【结果】各主产地太子参受有机氯农药污染比较普遍,其中某些样品总六六六(BHC)和总滴滴涕(DDT)残留量较高,超过了我国外贸行业《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》中小于0.1 mg/kg的要求。【结论】我国主产地太子参10批样品有机氯农药残留量超标;已建立太子参有机氯农药残留量的检测方法,且该方法简便,检测结果可靠。
Objective To investigate the organochlorine pesticide residue in Radix Pseudostellariae from the main habitats of China.Methods We used the gas chromatography-electron capture detector(GC-ECD) to detect the amount of organochlorine pesticide residue in 10 batches of Radix Pseudostellariae samples from the main habitats of China.Results It is common-seen that Radix Pseudostellariae was polluted by organochlorine pesticide residue from the main habitats of China.Some samples had higher amount of total benzene hexachloride(BHC) and total dichloro-diphenyl-trichloroethane(DDT) residue than the amount limit of being less than 0.1mg/kg required in Green Trade Standards of Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plants and Preparations in China.Conclusion The amount of organochlorine pesticide residue in 10 batches of Radix Pseudostellariae samples from the main habitats of China is more than the required amount limit.And a rapid and simple method is established for the detection of organochlorine pesticide residue in Radix Pseudostellariae
