摘要
利用ZnSO4和Ti(SO4)2为原料,在合成纳米TiO2粉体的基础上,将TiO2微粉分散在(NH4)2CO3溶液中,进一步将Zn(2+)以ZnCO3的形式沉淀出来,于300℃煅烧2h,即可制得纳米级ZnO-TiO2复合粉体,其粒径的30~95nm。利用紫外分光光度计检测其吸收紫外线的性能,发现在200~370nm的波段范围内,约90%以上的紫外线被吸收。
On the basis of preparing nanometer TiO2, used ZnSO4 and Ti(SO4)2 as the original materials, we dispersed TiO2 powders in (NH4)2CO3 solution. Added ZnSO4 in above solutions so as to precipitate ZnSO4 as ZnCO3 form. Calcined the prepared composite pow-bers at 300℃ about 2h, finally got the nanometer ZnO -TiO2 composite powders, the particle size is about 30~95nm. The powders' char-acteristic of absorbing ultraviolet light is detected by the ultraviolet spectrometer, over 90% ultraviolet light in the range of 200 ~ 370nmwavelength are absorbed.
