摘要
应用标准的陶瓷制备工艺制备掺锰钛酸钡PTC陶瓷复合材料,在不同电场频率下测试样品的相对介电常数-温度特性,发现当温度高于居里点后,开始不同掺锰浓度样品的相对介电常数随温升缓慢变化,到达某特殊温度时,出现异常跃升;异常跃升的起始温度依赖于掺杂浓度和测试电场频率,其峰值随测试电场频率的降低而增大。通过分析相关的物理过程,应用高于极化理论对测试结果进行讨论。
Standard ceramic preparation method is used to prepare Mn - doped barium titanate ceramic composites and the propeFties of relative dielectric constant -temperature with different electric field frequencies are tested. It is found that relative dielectric constant of dif-ferent Mn - doped samples changes with the increase of the temperature when the temperature is above Curie point. At certain tempera-ture, unusual leap can be observed. The starting temperature of the unusual leap bepends on the dopant density and electric field frequen-cy, and the peak value increases while the test electric flequency lowers. With ion polarization theory, the discussion on test results is made through the analysis of related physics procedures.
