三元化合物材料Cs_xCu_(1-x)I晶体薄膜的制备及其结构研究

Study on Preparation of Ternary Compounds Cs_xCu(1-x)I Crystal Thin Films and Their Structure

介绍了三元化合物材料CsCu2l3和Cs3Cu2l5晶体薄膜的制备工艺，利用低温吸收谱及扫描电镜能谱图分析了该膜的成分，通过透射电镜的衍射图样研究了三元化合物的晶格结构及参数，证明了它们是单一相的晶态膜。

In this paper we discribed the preparation of ternary compounds CsCu2I3 and Cs3Cu2I5 crystal thin films, analyzed their compo-nents bY the absorption spectra at low temperature and the energy spectra from the scanning electron - microscope, studied the structure and parameters of crystal lattice in these ternafy compounds through the diffactive patterns from the transmissive electron - microscope,and found that, the thin films were single - phase crystal films.
