PZT多元系固溶体压电陶瓷中的正电子湮没研究

摘要 测量了不同组成的PZT多元系固溶体陶瓷中的正电子寿命谱,根据测得的寿命谱参数,得到反映该压电陶瓷完整体性质的自由态湮没寿命τf值,并讨论了影响τf的因素。 Positron lifetime spectra in PZT solid solution piezoelectric ceramics were measureed. It was found that the ltfetime spectra con-sisting of quite intensive T2, showed that there were a lot of defects of vacancy type in the crystals of ceramics. The lifetime values τf of free positrons in the ceramics was found to be 263ps, 252ps respectively. τf is scarecely affected by the sintering process, but determined by the bulk properties of the materials. The chances that positrons are trapped in cation vacancies increase with defects contents increas-ing. The average lifetime of positron τm is scarecely affected by the defects content.
