高校教育技术人力资本绩效培训策略研究

摘要 教育技术是高等教育深化教学改革,提高教育质量的突破口。高校人力资本是高校建设中最宝贵的资本,实现人力资本增值最重要的途径是加强培训机制的完善。文章结合人力资本理论、教育技术理论和绩效技术理论提出了高校教育技术人力资本的概念,并尝试从绩效的角度出发分析人力资本培训问题,提出了绩效技术在提高教育技术人力资本培训中的应用模型,以期系统提高培训绩效。 Educational technology is of crucial importance for the improvement of educational quality and educational innovation.Human capital is the most valuable capital in the development of university.The improvement of training system is the most effective way to realize the increase the value of human capital.Based on theories of human capital,educational technology and performance technology,this thesis intends to propose the concept of human capital of university educational technology,and bring forward the new operational model of performance technology in the training of human capital of university educational technology so as to promote their training effect.
