偏锡酸锌(ZnSnO3)是一种重要的气敏材料,通过对其材料及元件进行的电导率与温度的关系、电阻与真空度的关系、X光电子能谱(XPS)等的测试分析,讨论了偏锡酸锌气敏材料的敏感机理。
ZnSnO3 is an important gas - sensing material. Its conductivity - temperature relation, resistance - vacuity relation and XPS spectra have been measured and tested. In accordance with these experimental results, the sensitive mechanism of ZnSnO3 gas - sensing material has been discussed.
