摘要
用正电子湮没多普勤展宽能谱仪、寿命谱仪和透射电子显微镜相结合分析了大约在5℃和25℃之间Cu-23%Zn-11%A(原子分数)合金的相转变。结果表明,该合金中的层错在实验误差范围内对正电子没有捕获效应。
The phase transformation in Cu - 23at. % Zn - 11at% Al alloy from about 5℃ to about 25℃ has been studied by means of the lifetime and Doppler spectrometers of positron annihilation and transmission electron microscope. It shows that the stacking faults in the al-loy have not a remarkable effect of trapping positrons.
