摘要
基于农远工程实施过程中河南省农村基础教育课程教师信息化教学能力的实际状况,从教师要提高自身素质、地方教育部门要加强教师教育技术能力培训的力度和实效性、学校要建立信息化教学的环境保障和激励机制三方面提出了促进教师信息化教学能力提升的针对性建议。
Based on the actual situation of the e-teaching ability of elementary education teachers in Henan during the implement of the distance education in rural areas,the author puts forward the specific recommendations for improving the teachers' e-teaching ability from three aspects: teachers should improve their own quality;local education departments should increase the strength and effectiveness of educational technology training of teacher;and schools should create an environment security and incentives of e-teaching.
