Refrigeration station monitoring and control system based on fieldbus technology

摘要 基于PROFIBUS现场总线技术,对某动力车间制冷站监控系统进行了改造:采用PID控制实现冷冻水循环系统的智能控制;选用Modbus/485/PROFIBUS通信模块NT30实现传统控制器和智能仪表与PROFIBUS总线的通信;在配电柜安装电能变送器,实现能耗数据的采集.工程实际实施结果表明:改造后系统集成参数多,可靠性高,使用方便,易于维护,利用本方案对制冷站监控系统进行改造可节省硬件投资及施工成本约30%. Based on PROFIBUS technology,the transformation project of a large-scale refrigeration station monitoring and control system was improved.The PID control strategy of the freezing water flow was adapted.The Modbus/485/PROFIBUS communication module NT30 was selected to achieve the data exchanging.By the power transmitter installed in the power distribution equipment monitoring system collected the energy consumption data.The results of the actual implementation of projects showed that the use of the fieldbus technology could make the system integrate more parameters and with high reliability.Application of the suggestion saved the costs of the hardware and construction investing by 30%.
