摘要
采用永磁间隙吸附装置提供吸附力,双轮驱动结构,设计了可用于水电站引水压力钢管对接环焊缝焊接用的永磁吸附运动平台。平台负载能力强,吸附可靠,具有较好的曲面自适应能力,可携带工作装置进行钢管对接自动焊接。
A design of a permanent magnetic adhesive mobile platform is presented in this paper for the butt - welded boxing seams in the water diversion penstocks of a hydropower station. The platform with the permanent magnetic clearance adhesive devices is a double - weel driving structure and with some advartages, such as strong load ability, good adhesive reliability, better curved surface adaptability and posible automatic welding with itself working devices.
