W矿深部煤层开采底板突水性分析

摘要 基于层状岩体渗流失稳理论,分析了W矿深部煤层开采时底板突水的影响因素为:隔水层泥岩的厚度、渗透率和非Darcy流β因子,实验测出了隔水层泥岩的渗透率、非Darcy流β因子在应力-应变过程和变围压过程中的变化规律。结果表明:隔水层泥岩厚度超过37.7m时,才能保证开采过程中煤层底板不发生渗流失稳。这一结论为W矿实现安全开采提供了科学依据。 Based on the theory about the instability of water seapage flow in stratified rock,the influence factors on the gushing water in coal floor in the deep mining of W coal mine are analyzed and concluded as follows :the thickness of mudstone in water-resisting layer,permeability and the non-Darcy flow β factor.The change laws of the permeability of modstone in water-resisting layer and the non-Darcy flow β factor in the process of stress-strain and the process of confining pressure variation are obtained from experiments.The result indicated that the instability of water seepage flow in coal floor can′t happen in mining process when the thickness of mudstone in water-resisting layer exceeds 37.7 meters and this result provided a scientific basis for safety mining in W coal mine.
