发酵性丝孢酵母产油脂中纤维质糖化液脱毒工艺对比及优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 纤维质在进行稀酸水解糖化时,会产生一些对菌体发酵有抑制作用的物质。为了除去抑制物,提高纤维质糖化液的发酵产脂能力,对玉米秸秆稀酸水解液的脱毒产脂条件进行了优化,优化结果为:蒸煮20 min,活性炭用量为1.0 g/L,乙醛用量为0.4 g/L,黄孢原毛平革菌接种量(以孢子计)为4×108 L-1。此时,菌体生物量为21.2 g/L,油脂含量为50.9%,油脂质量浓度为10.8 g/L,糖油转化率为13.5%。 When lignocellulosic biomass is hydrolyzed by dilute acid,it produces substances that inhibit bacterial fermentation.In order to remove fermentation inhibitors and improve the fermentability of saccharified fibers,the optimized conditions for detoxification and lipid production using cornstalk dilute acid hydrolysate have been studied.The results showed that heating for 20 min,adding activated carbon(1.0g/L) and acetaldehyde(0.4g/L),and an inoculum size of Phanerochaete chrysosporium of 4×108 L-1 were the optimum conditions.Under these optimized culture conditions,the biomass and lipid content were 21.2g/L and 50.9%,respectively;the lipid concentration and lipid conversion rate of sugars were 10.8g/L and 13.5% respectively.
