摘要
提出了一种基于总电阻反馈原理的精密碳膜电位计非线性误差的自动修刻方法,建立了基于该方法的自动修刻系统。在分析精密碳膜电位计制作工艺和原有手工修刻时所使用的测量原理后,结合自动修刻的需要,分析电位计各待修刻点测量数据的特点的基础上,研究出了适用于自动化生产的线性度修刻算法,并进行了实验研究。在分析了影响修刻结果精度的原因后,提出了诸如间接测电阻、刀具补偿等减小误差的方法。为了提高加工效率,对工作台的运动参数进行了优化。实验和分析表明,该修刻算法具有修刻精度高和加工效率高的特点,同时系统稳定可靠,操作简易,能够大大提高电位计生产厂家的生产效率。
A new automatic trimming method for precise carbon film potentiometer based on all-in resistance feedback theory has been proposed and an automatic trimming system has been setup under the guidance of this method.Analyzed the manufacturing processes of precise carbon film potentiometer and former manual trimming measuring method,considering the requirement of automatic system and the characters of collection points data,an automatic linearity trimming algorithm fitting for the production has been worked out meanwhile experiment has been carried out.Indirect resistance measuring method and cutter compensation have been proposed to reduce error through studying the test results.Optimized the movement parameters,the processing efficiency has been improved.Experiment and analysis results show this method is both high precision and efficiency and the system is reliable and easy to operate,which will greatly improve production efficiency of potentiometer manufacturer.
