摘要
针对子结构移动导致的机床整机动态特性改变问题,提出了采用布置多个测试位置涵盖整机加工过程中主要的加工位置及极限位置的方法。论文以动柱式卧式加工中心为试验对象,应用运转激励信号作为激振信号,测量各测试位置在多级激励频率下的振动响应情况。并通过共振烈度及速度谱对结果进行了数据提取及共振判别。得到了整机在空间中的动态特性分布情况。试验发现,机床整机运转激励下的共振主要来自可移动结构自身的共振及其叠加。
The vibration experiment of machine tool is conducted.It can prevent the disadvantage which can't do the experiment for every structure of relative position.The Active Pole Horizontal Machine Center is used to be an example;the operation stimulating signal has been applied to trigger the machine tool structure;Vibration intensity is used to evaluate these data in order to extract some violent vibration situations;Velocity spectrum analysis has been taken for determining the whole machine tool dynamic characteristic.The machine tool dynamic characteristic has been realized,which is the whole machine tool resonances come from those movable structures' independent resonance and its overlap.
