摘要
采用测量点云数据进行自由曲面的重构是逆向工程的关键技术之一,自由曲面重构的精度很大程度取决于点云数据处理技术。论文根据自由曲面测量点云数据比较普遍采用的数据组织方式——扫描线点云数据的特点,详细阐述了包括异常点去除、数据拼接与统一、平滑与滤波、数据精简等点云数据的处理技术,提出了自由曲面扫描线点云数据的高精度和自动化处理方法与流程。实例表明,经过自动处理的点云数据能够充分满足后续曲面重构建模的需要,并能为建模提供可靠的数据保障。
Freeform surface reconstruction by points-cloud data is one of the key technologies of reverse engineering.Its reconstruction accuracy largely depends on the accuracy of points-cloud data processing.Based this characteristics of scanning beam points-cloud data more widely used measuring data organization,this paper described in detail including the removal of abnormal points,the data splicing and unity,smoothing and filtering,data reduction such as points cloud data processing,proposed freeform surface scanning beam points-cloud data high accuracy and high automated processing methods and processes.Examples show that points-cloud data after automatic processing can fully meet the needs of follow-up model of surface reconstruction,and can provide reliable data ensure for modeling.
