摘要
凹槽凸轮机构属形封闭滚子从动件凸轮机构,其凸轮轮廓线的解析法设计对于数控机床加工非常重要。在极坐标上推导了滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构中的沟槽廓线解析表达式。采用C语言编写了计算程序,其计算结果验证了内、外廓线表达式的相关符号。通过沟槽廓线的图线绘制验证了解析表达式和计算程序的正确性。给出的C语言程序可方便地改造为数控机床控制程序。
The groove cam mechanism belongs to the form-closed roller follower cam mechanism.For the numerical control machining of the cam,its analytic cam profile design is very important.In the pole coordinate system,the analytic expression of the cam profile is deduced.The computation program is written by computer language C.Its computing result validates the correlative sign of the analytic expression.Through the drawing of the computing profile curve data,the groove cam profile expression and the correlative C language program are validated.The given C language program can be transformed to the numerical control machining program conveniently.
