摘要
以柠檬酸为提取剂从兴安杜鹃花中提取天然色素。探讨提取剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间、液固比等因素对兴安杜鹃花色素提取效果的影响,通过L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳提取条件。结果为提取剂浓度2%、提取温度50℃、提取时间1 h、液固比10:1(mL:g)。
Natural pigment is extracted from Rhododendron dauricum L.by citric acid solution.The concentration of citric acid,extraction temperature,extraction time and the ratio of solvent to sample is discussed to influence the extraction.The best parameters of extraction technology were determined through orthogonal experiment L9(34).The results showed that the optimal conditions are follows: the concentration of citric acid 2 %,extraction temperature 50 ℃,extraction time 1 hour,the ratio of solvent to sample is 10:1(mL:g).
