摘要
以罗非鱼加工下脚料鱼眼为原料,冷冻干燥后采用Soxhlet提取法提取其中脂肪,用氢氧化钾-甲醇法甲酯化后利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析测定。结果表明:罗非鱼眼脂肪含量为84.35%(以DM计),其中含有27种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸有11种,相对百分含量占检出所有脂肪酸的74.06%,其中油酸占32.59%,亚油酸(LA)占17.76%,α-亚麻酸占3.32%,二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的含量分别为1.06%和2.54%,测定结果为罗非鱼眼的深加工提供了科学依据。
Tilapia fish eyes processing waste as raw material,tilapia orbital oil was extracted via soxhlet method after freeze drying,the contents of fatty acids were analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry following potassium hydroxide-methanol esterfication.The results showed the contents of fatty acids in tilapia orbital oil is 84.35 %(base on DM),27 fatty acids are identified,including 11 unsaturated fatty acids,whose total relative content accounts for 74.06 % of the total fatty acid content.The percentages of oleic acid,Linoleic acid(LA),α-Lindenic acid,Eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) and Doccsahexaenoic acid(DHA) are 32.59 %,17.76 %,3.32 %,1.06 % and 2.54 % respectively.The results provide a scientific basis to tilapia fish eyes processing.
