摘要
花色苷是植物性膳食中广泛分布的多酚类色素,具有抗氧化、抗炎、调节血脂以及改善胰岛素抵抗等多种生物活性,已经成为植物化学物研究的一个热点。本文综述了近些年国内外有关花色苷吸收与代谢方面的研究进展,包括其吸收部位、吸收形式和吸收机制,以及在体内各器官的转运转化和排泄等。
Anthocyanins are naturally occurring polyphenolic pigments and widely distributed in the plant foods. Emerging evidences show that anthocyanins have beneficial effects for health, such as antiinflammatory and antioxidative activities, improving lipid profile and insulin resistance,and these compounds are now recognized as a research fuscous in phytochemicals. This paper reviews the research progress on metabolism of anthocyanins, including their absorption, distribution, transformation and excretion.
