摘要
以碳酸铈和升华硫、盐酸为主要原料,通过研磨、还原气氛条件下煅烧的方法,制备出亮黄色单硫化铈颜料,并研究了烧结温度对颜料颜色、结构和形貌等特点的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,颜料颜色逐渐变成黄色,到1200℃时达到所需的亮黄色;并且随温度升高,物质晶型也渐趋完整单一,形貌更明显,物质的紫外吸收也逐渐变强。
Taking carbonated cerium,sublimation sulfur and hydrochloric acid as the main raw material,bright yellow single vulcanization cerium pigments were prepared via pestling and sintering under reducing atmosphere. Its color, structure and morphology characteristics were studied when the sintering temperature changed. The result indicated the pigments color became yellow gradually as increasing of sintered temperature, and bright yellow achieved when the temperature was 1200 ℃. Meanwhile, the crystalline substances also completed single, morphology became more apparent, physical ultraviolet absorption also increased gradually.
