摘要
以金发藓(Polytrichum commune Hedw.)为供试藓种,MS液体培养基为培养基质,在培养基质中分别添加两种植物生长调节物质6-BA和2,4-D的9种浓度配比,以不添加植物生长调节剂的MS培养基为对照,探索植物生长调节剂对金发藓原丝体各项生长指标的影响机理。在金发藓原丝体发育阶段,6-BA浓度为0.5 mg/L和2,4-D浓度为1.0 mg/L的处理时,对原丝体主枝的生长发育效果最好,且对原丝体分枝的抑制作用最小,因此金发藓原丝体发育的最佳培养基为:MS(液)+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+1%蔗糖。
Liquid MS media with 9 concentration ratios of 6-BA and 2,4-D were employed to explore the effects of plant growth regulators on the protonema growth index of Polytrichum commune Hedw.In the development stage of Polytrichum commune Hedw.protonema,the combination of 0.5 mg/l 6-BA and 1.0 mg/l 2,4-D gave the best effect to the main branch growth of protonema,and lest inhibitory effect to its branch growth.Therefore the best culture medium is MS(liquid) +0.5 mg / L 6-BA +1.0 mg / L 2,4-D +1% sucrose.
