构树果实多糖提取工艺条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨构树果实多糖提取的最佳工艺条件,用恒温水浴法提取,乙醇沉淀纯化,苯酚-硫酸法测定构树果实多糖的含量,对影响构树果实多糖提取率的料液比、提取时间、提取温度等因素进行分析,用正交试验法对构树果实多糖提取的工艺条件进行优化,并对提取率进行验证。结果表明:构树果实多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶30,浸提温度95℃,浸提时间9 h。此条件下得到的多糖提取率最高,平均提取率为8.83%。 In order to optimize the extraction protocol of polysaccharide from Broussonetia papyrifera fruits,the polysaccharide was extracted by constant temperature water method,followed by precipitation and purification with ethanol.The content of the polysaccharide was determined with phenol-sulfuric acid method.Three factors impacting the extraction rate of the polysaccharide,including extraction liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature,were also analyzed in the present work.The orthogonal experiment method was used to optimize the processing conditions of polysaccharide extraction,and the extraction rate was verified by the related tests.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as following: liquid ratio is 1∶30;extraction temperature 95℃;and extraction time 9 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Broussonetia papyrifera fruit was the highest(8.83%).
