从百里杜鹃风景区看我国西部地区特色经济的发展

On the Economic Development with Characteristics in Chinese Western Regions Based on the Bailidujuan Scenic Spot

西部地区由于历史和自然禀赋的原因,经济发展水平一直处于落后状态。自国务院西部大开发政策实施10年来,虽然取得了一些成绩,但与东部地区比较起来仍有巨大的差距。如何从实际出发,更好地利用政策优势,寻找地方发展的经济亮点,这既是西部地区在进一步发展中所遇到的难题,也是所要研究的主题。文章以贵州省毕节百里杜鹃风景名胜区为例,对地方特色经济发展中带有共性的问题进行了初步探讨。

Because of some historical and natural reasons,the economic development of western regions is relatively slow.Since the 10-year operation of western development policy,western regions have made some certain achievements.Yet these achievements are fairly small in contrast with the economic achievements in eastern regions.Searching for some feasible methods to make good use of the benefits of current policy and seeking for some highlights of economic development in western regions of China,is the crux of the economic development of western regions and it is also what this thesis focuses on.This thesis takes the scenic spot,Bailiidujuan,for example to make some elementary discussion on some common problems of economic development in those regions with local characteristics.
