本文提出了TBM非掘进作业的概念,非掘进作业一般均处在隧洞施工的直线工期上。大伙房隧洞工程的实践表明,非掘进作业占掘进作业时间的比率相当高,平均可达83%。因此,对于采用TBM施工的隧洞工程,设计和施工均应对非掘进作业给予充分的考虑,以便作出科学、合理的施工组织设计。

The paper puts forward the concept of non-boring operation of TBM,which is often in the straight line schedule of tunnel construction.The practice of Dahuofang tunnel project shows that the time of the non-boring operation has the high percentage in the boring operation time,up to 83% on average.Therefore,the non-boring operation should be considered fully to make the scientific and reasonable construction planning in design and construction to the tunnel project with TBM.
