摘要
应用基于DEA的非参数Malmquist指数法对2001—2008年我国27个省(直辖市、自治区)煤炭行业的全要素生产率进行计算,并将其分解为技术进步指数和技术效率指数,对变动原因进行分析。研究结果表明:我国煤炭行业的整体技术效率水平较低,但发展趋势良好;2001—2008年期间全国煤炭行业全要素生产率平均增长率为0.6%,增长主要来自于技术效率的提高,而技术进步的贡献较小;东部、中部、西部地区煤炭行业的全要素生产率变动及其原因存在较明显的差异。最后,给出提高我国煤炭行业生产率的建议。
Based on the non-parametric Malmquist index method based on DEA,this paper calculates the total factor productivities(TFP)of coal industry in 27 provinces in China during 2001-2008,and then decomposes them into the technological progress index and the technology efficiency index,and discuss the variation reasons for total factor productivities.The main results show as follows:the average level of technology efficiency of coal industry is low,but is increasing gradually;the average increasing rate of TFP is 0.6%,technology efficiency progress contributes most to the improvement of TFP,and the contribution of technological progress is small;there exist obvious differences in the variation of TFP and the variation reason among eastern,central and western regions.Finally,it gives some recommendations for improving TFP of coal industry.
