河北省能源经济可持续发展评价及对策研究

Evaluation and Suggestion for Sustained Development of Energy Economy in Hebei Province

基于能源经济的可持续发展理论,构建了以能源利用、环境保护、经济和社会的可持续发展四个子系统为基础的能源经济可持续发展评价体系,对2003—2009年河北省能源经济可持续发展进行了纵向评估,并将其与全国平均水平进行了横向对比。得出结论:河北省的能源利用效率虽然有一定幅度的提高,但仍低于全国平均水平,其经济增长仍然依靠大量的能源消耗来支撑。最后,提出相应的对策建议。

Based on the sustained development theory of energy economy,this paper constructs the evaluation system of sustained development of energy economy considering the following four sub-systems：the sustained development of energy usage,environment protection,economy and society.Based on this system,it evaluates the sustained development level of energy economy in Hebei province during 2003-2009,and compares the situation of Hebei with the average level of nation.Finally,it gives proposals according to the evaluation results.
