摘要
公民文化软实力作为文化软实力的核心要素,对我国现代化进程具有十分重大的影响力。在现代化建设的视角下加强公民文化软实力建设,应培养公民的权利意识、责任意识和能力意识。
As a key factor of soft power of culture,soft power of citizen＇s culture has an important influence on China＇s modernization.We should cultivate citizen＇s right awareness,responsibility awareness and capability awareness for the improvement of its construction with modern construction perspective.
