Playing the Ningxia's Leading Role to Make Effects on the Construction of Free Trade Zone of Sino-Arab

自由贸易区建设,是我国顺应世界经济全球化、区域发展一体化潮流,以扩大对外开放为基础,内促改革发展、外促合作共赢的重大战略举措。阿拉伯和伊斯兰国家高度重视同中国的合作。但相比较而言,中阿自由贸易区建设进展缓慢。就结构而言,中阿自贸区建设有"三大合作圈"。发挥宁夏在中阿自贸区建设中的桥头堡作用,可考虑实施"三步走战略",即从申请建立出口加工区为突破口,并由此逐步向保税区、自由贸易区过渡。

The construction of free trade zone is an important strategic measurement of china to conform to the economics globalization and regional integration and to promote reform inside and cooperation for win-win outside with the basis of deeper open-up.Countries of Arab and Islam pay high attention on the cooperation with China.However,the free trade zone of Sino-Arab develops slowly.In view of structure,there have the three cooperation circles for its construction.Ningxia will play the leading role with such the strategy which concerns the construction of export processing zone as breakthrough with the transition to bonded area and free trade zone.
