摘要
当前,荒漠化防治必须做好水文章,必须适度开发荒漠资源、科学规范沙产业。荒漠化防治急需相关政策、制度和法律的完善。土地荒漠化防治问题的复杂性、艰巨性和长期性,意味着今后应该继续坚持跨学科研究与系统科学研究相结合的原则,把荒漠化防治、谋生范式的转变以及民生问题的改善紧密结合起来。
At present,we should do well in settlement of water resources and make moderate development of desertification resources and scientific plan of sand industry.The control of desertification will be in urgent need of relevant perfect policy,system and law.The complexity,arduousness and protracted nature of the problem mean that we should keep the combination of desertification control,transition of living paradigm and improvement of livelihood with the principles of interdisciplinary research and system sciences research.
