玻璃酸钠治疗中度膝关节骨性关节炎的远期疗效

Observation of long term efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠对中期膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的远期临床疗效。方法:对采用美国风湿病学会(ACR)膝骨性关节炎诊断标准诊断为膝关节骨性关节炎,且采用Lequesne制定的膝骨性关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)诊断为中度的569例患者(749膝),根据患者的病情行不同疗程膝关节玻璃酸钠注射(1周1次,5周为一疗程)并进行随访,在治疗后3、4、5、6、7年后根据YANG疗效标准进行综合评分。结果:治疗后3、4、5、6、7年,总有效率分别为80.4%、78.9%、75.1%、70.9%、66.5%。结论:玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射疗法对中度骨性关节炎的远期疗效尚好,但随着时间的延长,疗效率下降。

Aim：To analyze the long term efficacy of sodium hyaluronatefor the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods： From June 2004 to June 2007,890 moderate patients（1021knees）with knee osteoarthritis,according to the diagnostic criteria and principles of the American College of Rheumatology（ACR） and Lequesne,were treated with sodium hyaluronate,2 ml every week for 5 weeks.The clinical effects were analyzed according to the curative standard of YANG in 3,4,5,6,7years after treatment.Results： The total effective rates were 80.4%、78.9%、75.1%、70.9%、66.5%after treatment of 3,4,5,6,7years.Conclusion：The long term efficacy of intra articular injection with sodium hyaluronate is satisfactory in treating moderate osteoarthritis,but when days passed,the efficacy is declining gradually.
