摘要
本文探讨了用快速石墨炉原子吸收法测定需水中痕量镉和铅。系统地研究了石墨炉升温程序及基体改进剂对测定的影响。提出了删去灰化步骤,在不需要基体改进剂情况下快速测定环境清洁地面水中镉和铅的方法。镉和铅的方法检出限分别为 0.05ug/1和 1.2ug/1,相对标准偏差(RSD)(Cd:n=9,Pb:n=11)分别为7.2%和4.1%,加标回收率分别在113%-116%和90.0%-92.0%之间。
A rapid graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometic method for the determination of tace cadnium and lead in surface water is investigated in this paper. The influences of the program for graphite furnace and matrix modifier are systemly reserched. A rapid method for the determination of cadnium and lead in clean enviornmental surface water without ashing step and chemical matrix modifier is established. The determination limits of cadnium and lead by this method are respectively 0. 05ug/1 and 1. 2ug/1. The relatively standard deviations (RSD) (Cd: n = 9, Pb: n = 11 ) are respectively 7. 2 % and 4. 1 %. The recoveries are respectively 113 % - 116 % and 90. 0 % - 92. 0 %.
