虚拟状态在PLC控制系统设计中的应用研究

利用功能转移图结合控制信号流表 ,可以实现复杂的 PLC控制系统的设计 ,然而为了使 PL C控制系统的设计方法更加完善 ,就应在功能转移图中引入虚拟状态。本文提出了在 PLC系统设计中的虚拟状态与虚拟转移条件的概念 ,并通过一示例说明了引入虚拟状态的必要性 ,同时给出了在 PLC系统设计中加以实现的有效方案。

The complicated PLC control system design can be implemented by utilizing function chart joined control signal flow.However,the virtual state should be introduced to the function chart for reaching perfection in PLC design scheme.The concept of virtual state and condition that are employed in PLC system design is presented in this paper.The necessity of virtual state in the design is explained and the effective realization scheme for PLC system design is given.\;
