服刑人员组织支持感的研究

摘要 为了研究监狱服刑人员的组织支持感,采用《组织支持感问卷》,对两所监狱的服刑人员进行调查分析,结果表明:(1)男性服刑人员的组织支持感在工作支持、关心利益、认同价值、重视发展四个维度上均显著低于女性服刑人员;(2)不同年龄的服刑人员的组织支持感在工作支持、关心利益、重视发展三个维度上存在显著性差异;(3)来自农村的服刑人员的组织支持感在重视发展这一维度上显著低于来自城市的服刑人员;(4)文化程度是大专以上的在重视发展上显著优于文化程度是初中及以下的服刑人员。 In order to research the prisoners' perceived organizational support,this paper adopts the "perceived organizational support questionnaire",and analyzes the prisoners in two prisons.The results show that:(1) Male prisoners' perceived organizational support are lower than female prisoners' in work supports,caring interests,identitied value and paying attention to the development;(2) The age-varied prisoners' perceived organizational support exsit significant difference in work supports,caring interests,and paying attention to the development;(3) The rural prisoners' perceived organizational support in paying attention to the development is lower than urban prisoners;(4) The prisoners with high college degree in paying attention to the development are higher than the prisoners with low academic.
