Key to Translate Foundation al Research Frults into Productivity is the Result of the Combination of Theory and Practice

在国家自然科学基金及后续配套基金的资助下， 开展复杂技术系统优化方法学的研究， 取得学术理论与实践应用的双丰收， 其主要经验是： 立题出于解决工程问题所需， 执行过程密切结合典型应用实例， 研究结果不仅以论著形式发表， 更重要的是通过应用实践来检验。在此基础上重点探讨了应用基础研究与应用研究和开发实践之间的关系， 并提出了促进基金成果转化为生产力的一些意见和建议。

The optimization methodology for a complex technical system has been researched under the support of the NNSF and the continuous sustentation fund.Both of the thcoretical and practical achievements are obtained.The main experiences are as follows:the project′s subjects must aim at the demand of solving engineering problems;the research process must be combined with practical examples tightly;the research results should not only be published as papers but applied in practice.On the basis of viewpoints mentioned,the relationships between the application foundation research wth the application research and product developing practice are discussed.Some ideas and suggestions to translate foundation al research fruits into productivity are proposed.
