摘要
根据乖讹-消解理论,对高职高专学生对英语笑话的幽默度判断进行了实证研究,并与对本科生所做的研究结果做了比较。研究表明:高职高专的学生很难感受到英语笑话的幽默,对他们来说这些笑话都不太幽默。与本科生相比,高职高专学生感受到的幽默度更低。
Based on the Incongruity-Resolution Theory,an empirical study is conducted on higher vocational college students' understanding of the funniness of English jokes,and results are compared with those of undergraduates.Results show that they can hardly appreciate the funniness of English jokes.Most jokes are not fun for them.Higher vocational college students perceive less funniness than undergraduates.
