摘要
目的:研究民族药芪花降糖方对四氧嘧啶小鼠糖尿病模型的影响。方法:小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,以二甲双胍为阳性对照,研究芪花降糖方灌胃给药对糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。结果:芪花降糖方对糖尿病小鼠有明显降血糖作用,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪花降糖方能降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective: To study the effect of Qihuajiangtang Prescription on alloxan-induced diabetic mice models.Methods:The diabetic mice models were made by the vein injection of alloxan into the mice tails,taking metformin as a positive control to study the effect of Qihuajiangtang Prescription by the oral administration of the diabetic mice.Results: Qihuajiangtang Prescription showed a significantly hypoglycemic effect on the diabetic mice.The comparison with the model group showed a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qihuajiangtang Prescription can lower the glucose in diabetic mice,and is worthy of further study.
