摘要
论述了气体渗碳过程中的炉气碳势控制原理、测氧传感器的内部结构及炉气碳势与氧电势之间的相互关系。实测了不同温度、不同氧电势下的炉气碳势,并通过测氧传感器、碳势控制仪、流量计及电磁阀构成的控制回路实现了炉气碳势的自动控制。由于采用了智能化的控制方式,碳势控制精度得到很大提高。
The paper describes the principle of controlling carbon tendency in gas carbonization, the inner structure of oxygen sensor and the relationship between carbon tendency and oxygen potential. With the circuit composed of an oxygen sensor, the control instrument and an electromagnetic valve, it realizes automatically control of carbon tendency.
