造纸厂制浆生产过程参数监测管理系统的研制

Development of the Management System for Monitoring The Pulp Production Process Parameters in Papermill

文中以造纸厂制浆生产过程参数监测为研究对象，在对生产工艺及行政管理分析的基础上，建立了生产过程参数监测管理系统的功能模型和硬、软件体系结构。该系统采用先进的硬、软件技术，使高度集中的信息管理和分布式监测成为一体。通过一年的实际运行表明，该系统工作可靠，生产效率获得较大提高，能耗显著降低。

It is estabilshed in this paper the funtion model of the management system for monitoring the production process parameters and the system composition of the hard and soft ware based on the analyzing the production processing and aduimistrative management.This system adopts the advarced hard and soft ware techniques,so that the central signal management is combined with the distributed monitoing into a whole one.Throught practical running for one year,the system shows:it works reliable,the production efficiency is increased greatly and the energy consume is decreased tangible.
