摘要
本文主要研究缓凝剂、纤维素醚、胶粉、憎水剂、木质纤维对磷石膏基建筑腻子性能的影响,磷石膏基建筑腻子施工性的改善,磷石膏基建筑腻子的基本配方与性能。其试验途径是先研究一种外加剂(缓凝剂)的不同品种、不同掺量对石膏腻子性能的影响,主要测试内容有:标准稠度需水量和凝结时间、表干时间、涂刮性、打磨性、粘结强度、耐水性和耐碱性,然后根据试验结果反映的综合性能选出最佳的品种与掺量,再将其加入腻子中选择下一种外加剂的最优品种与掺量,如此重复,最终通过正交试验得出磷石膏基建筑腻子的基本配方和性能。
This paper mainly studies three aspects: the influence of the phosphogypsum-based building putty properties caused by retarder, cellulose ether, plastic powder, water-repellent agent and wood-fiber. the influence of the phosphogypsum-based building putty improvements; and the influence of the basic formula and properties of the phosphogypsum-based building putty. The experimental method is to first study different species of admixtures (retarder)and the effect of gypsum putty on the properties to different contents. The main contents of the test includes: 1) standard consistency water requirement and time of condensation; 2) dry time; 3) painting scratch; 4) polished; 5) bond strength; 6) water resistance; and 7) alkali resistance. Then the best varieties and components based on the overall properties of the test results are selected, and putty is added to select the optimal varieties and content of the next kind of admixtures. This repitation is made untill at last the basic formula and properties of phosphogypsum-based building putty through orthogonal test is achieved with satisfaction.
