摘要
目的 对导气式自动机的导气装置和闭锁机构进行系统的优化设计, 以满足开锁能耗小并保证运动可靠性和平稳性的要求. 方法 应用正交试验法和逐步逼近法相结合的分步优化新方法, 解决该复杂系统的优化. 结果 得到了比原方案更好的导气装置参数和开闭锁曲线.
Aim According to optimization design theory, the locking system of automatic gun are designed on the condition of minimun energy lose, well reliablity and well stability. Methods A new method on the basis of holotype and stepwise approach are developed. Results The result of locking design is better than the current design. Conclusion This optimal design method of locking system can be used in the new design of gas operation weapon system.
