Mellitus Report on Needle-embedding Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的针对胰岛素严重抵抗,注射胰岛素并口服降糖药血糖控制不理想达6个月以上者,在原治疗基础上配合穴位埋线治疗,用维生素B1/B12注射液浸泡医用羊肠线4～6h后埋入胰俞等十穴,观察疗效,总有效率92.48%。

Objective： In severe insulin resistance,insulin and blood glucose control with oral hypoglycemic agents are not ideal for more than six months,based on the original treatment with needle-embedding for treatment,with injection of vitamin B1 /B12 medical catgut soaked 4 ～ 6h and needle-embedded in pancreatic and other 10 points Yu efficacy,the total effective rate was 92.48% .
