摘要
在pH10~30的HCl介质中,荧光物质对氨基酚的激发波长和发射波长分别为271nm和371nm.当有对硝基酚共存时,用硼氢化钠将其还原为对氨基酚,可用荧光光度法同时测定两者的含量.对硝基酚和对氨基酚的检测限分别为027μg/mL和032μg/mL.样品加标回收率分别为对氨基酚:951%~1015%,对硝基酚:898%~1005%.
In a medium of HCl (pH1 0~3 0),the excitation and emission wavelengths of fluorescence spectrophotometer for p -Aminophenol are 271 nm and 371nm,respectively.When p -Nitrophenol exists in it, p -Nitrophenol can be reduced into p -Aminophenol by adding NaBH4,the amount of two components can be determined simultaneously by fluorimetry.The detection limit of the method is 0 27μg/mL for p -Nitrophenol and 0 32μg/mL for p -Aminophenol.The recovery of standard addition is from 95 1% to 101 5% for p -Aminophenol and from 89 8% to 100 5% for p -Nitrophenol.
