摘要
随着企业和社会对人才要求标准的提高,作为以培养高技能型人才为主的高职院校,在能力培养上应有新的标准,缩短企业对高技能型人才需求的距离。文中主要分析了高技能型物流从业人员应具备的知识结构和能力结构,以满足企业对高技能型物流人才的需求。
Since the companies and society place a higher demands on talents,the higher vocational colleges should set up new standard in personnel training in order to meet the companies＇ demands on high-skilled personnel.This thesis mainly analyze the knowledge and skill structure of high-skilled personnel of logistics employees
