摘要
传统的库存管理模式是各自为政的,缺乏沟通和共享,使得整个供应链上的库存大量积压,而VM I能够较好地解决这个问题,并增加整个供应链的效益。文中通过对VM I概念、实施原则、实施步骤的介绍,使人们对VM I有一个总体的认识。
The traditional inventory management model is fragmented,lack of communication and sharing,making the entire supply chain,a large backlog of inventory,while the VMI can solve this problem and increase efficiency throughout the supply chain.Based on the VMI concept,implementation principles,implementation steps of introduction,so people have a general understanding of VMI.
