首先界定了库存管理的意义,分析了目前我国中小企业库存管理中存在的问题,并通过对青岛胶南几家企业的调研和青岛三江源建筑添加剂有限公司的财务数据分析,对目前中小企业库存管理存在的问题进行验证。
